Dear Valued customer,

Following Angie Miller's departure and after careful review of several alternatives, we have decided to change our sales organization in the US.

With the objective of continuous growth and in order to offer the best service and support to our US customers, we have decided to partner with Devine Corp, effective January 1st.
Tim Devine has great experience in distributing fine French and European tabletop brands and we believe this is the best move to expand Gien in the US market. We regret this has meant that we have had to let go some of our reps.

To ensure these changes don't impact your business with Gien, we have agreed that Devine Corporation will handle the sales management, daily business and customer service. For now, we will continue to ship from our warehouse located near Atlanta. The invoicing will continue to be done by Gien.
Tim Devine and his team will contact you soon to introduce the Gien representative who will be taking care of you and answer any questions you may have about the new organization.

Our new collection will be launched soon and showcased at Tim Devine showroom in New York (41 Madison), Chris Rosse & associates showroom in Atlanta (Gift Show - January 9-16), William Lamont showroom in Dallas (Gift Show January 23-26) and Debi Wise Showroom in Los Angeles (Gift Show,February 23-26).
Also, we will be showing at Maison&Objet in Paris (January 19-23) and at Ambiente, Frankfurt (February 9-13).
We hope to see you during this show period. I will be personally travelling to Atlanta, Dallas and New York.
